As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic progresses, we at Fernandez Young are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our employees, clients and surrounding communities while also delivering business continuity for our clients. We also want to ensure that we maintain the high service standards our clients expect and deserve.
We have made alternative plans to continue operating our business, which means both corporate financial reporting and personal tax season will carry on without interruption.
Given the current risks associated with the coronavirus, most of our staff has begun working remotely as of Wednesday, March 18. We are asking our valued clients to adhere to the following recommendations:

In return, you will be also receiving from us your files in PDF format. Those documents will be sent to you via DocuSign in a secure and encrypted format to ensure your information is protected and you may be able to review, approve and sign them.
If you wish to set a meeting, we will be happy to schedule a video conference with you using Skype or Zoom.
